The Kite Festival has everyone young and old flying their kites on the grassy hills. Pucca brings her homemade Garu kite, while Garu brings a traditional box kite. Tobe makes his own kite (which is more of a small blimp) and uses it to cut down everyone's kites. With the help of Pucca, Garu takes down Tobe and his kite.
