Battlefield Bronx.General Warhawk sends Mad Dog (once called "Spike") to capture President Ramon's daughter Estrella during his visit to the United Nations and convince him to surrender Tierra Libre to him. It is up to Rambo to rescue the President's daughter from Mad Dog's outpost in the Bronx.
