S.A.V.A.G.E. Space.Mad Dog and his biker gang hijack the space shuttle Xenon which is also a laser-defense space station. General Warhawk plans to use Xenon to blow up satellites if his demands aren't met. It is up to the Force of Freedom to prevent S.A.V.A.G.E. from using the Xenon to destroy the satellites.
