Ruby Rose stops a robbery at a Dust shop and, during a fight with Roman Torchwick, she is saved by Glynda Goodwitch. Goodwitch introduces her to the headmaster of Beacon Academy, Professor Ozpin. Impressed, Ozpin allows her to enroll in Beacon Academy despite her age.
