At lunch in the cafeteria, Eric Cartman is talking to everyone about how female recording artists only sing about their vaginas nowadays and not about love, relationships or anything else (while everyone ignores him). Butters sits down with a black eye, not eating anything as his lunch money has been stolen again (along with being beaten-up again). The boys suggest Butters talk it out with his grandmother who is visiting.
