Two scientists on a mission discover an ocean and a possible form of life on a planet. Not far from there the Dark Forces have deployed their forces to create an advanced base. Starcom agents are sent to eliminate the problem, however this would jeopardize the scientists' discovery mission... How will Starcom handle the situation?
