It is 'Safety Week' at school and Mitchell, Becky and Templeton are caught being "unsafe" and are taken to a room where they must watch a film about safety. But they are soon trapped in the movie and they must find a way to get out of it. Mitchell suggests by walking backwards, time will go backwards and they'll soon be out of the film. But there are many safety hazards along the way.
