Episode Description:
Jett and Donnie deliver a Super Wing costume to a kid named Allister, who needs it for trick-or-treating on Halloween. It does not take long, however, for Donnie to get scared by the decorations and costumes. Unfortunately, he gets scared and ends up having a pumpkin decoration covering his head. Things get even worse, when Donnie gets upgraded with his crazy tools, forcing Jett to rely on Kid Wing's help to catch him.
