Ben tries to keep his work area clean, quarantining Hank to the bathroom because of a cold, and using his Germ Positioning System to find any germs that he has not gotten rid of. When he misses one, he decides to enlarge it, but the gang finds the germ who calls himself Jeremy cute. Ben learns that Jeremy plans to make everyone sick, but is unable to stop him from being friends with the others.
