Zachary Foxx is a member of the intergalactic law enforcement agency known as the Galaxy Rangers. He's assigned on a mission to observe a small group of humans who have established a home on the planet Kirwin. The humans on Kirwin are working alongside Kiwi and Andorians to design a planetary force shield to protect Kirwin from alien invaders. Captain Foxx travels with his wife, Eliza, and their two children. Alien diplomats Zozo and Waldo also travel with Zachary to Kirwin. While in space, their spaceship, the Phoenix, is captured by an alien criminal spaceship commanded by Captain Kidd. Captain Kidd holds the captives in exchange for a reward from Queen of the Crown, leader of a galactic empire. Shes wishes to have human specimens for her psychocrystal experiments, to create Slaverlords. Zozo and Waldo help Zachary and his children escape but Zachary is injured, while Aliza Foxx is kidnapped by Captain Kidd and the Phoenix is destroyed.
