Sebastian decides to seek revenge on WOOHP by mind-controlling the Spiez and Tami, using material from a meteor. Tami becomes Sebastian's henchman as she tries to eliminate them. The Spiez fall under Sebastian's mind-control and turn evil by taking WOOHP headquarters. Jerry again has to save WOOHP before it is destroyed. In the B-story, Tony has terrible grades and is grounded, making him unable to go on missions.
