This is because Gnarlia is Horus' ex-wife and Stacy's mom and Gnarlia is currently in a relationship with Steve. Meanwhile, General Skelly runs into Tee Winkle and Wee Tinkle who persuade him to let their kind bring him to where Brendar is.
