George and Harold decide to investigate the shadowy Bo Hweemuth to debunk the rumors about him. They find Bo to be nice. Meanwhile, with Melvin, he has to keep the students scared because he is under orders of Krupp. He has to do it so that Krupp can write him a letter of recommendation to Eliteanati Academy, his dream school, and when he finds out Bo is not scary to the kids, he decided to turn him into Claylossus, from George and Harold's latest comic, but the clay monster goes on a rampage in Piqua.
