The Fair Bears: Chloe invites Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda over to her house to watch the Fair Bears (spoof of Care Bears). Coming up with an idea, Chloe wishes that the Fair Bears gang were real, but trouble soon begins when Wanda and Timmy are brainwashed by the gang. Return of the L.O.S.E.R.S.: Timmy's enemies learn that he is helpless without his fairies, and try to destroy him while he is weak, while Chloe has to deal with babysitting him.
