Team Avatar arrives in Zaofu, which is a city entirely made of metal, but Lin refuses to come along. They meet Suyin who is revealed to be Lin's younger half sister and mother of another airbender named Opal. Zaheer infiltrates the Northern Air Temple, but Korra is not there. Kya later realizes this and attempts to apprehend him with waterbending, but falls unconscious while Zaheer leaves on a glider.
