Episode Description:
Thomas is jealous of James, who is taking the Sodor football team for the second year in a row. Thomas tries anything to get James to change his mind and let Thomas take the team, but James continuously refuses. Finally, Thomas tricks a signalman into diverting James onto an overgrown and unused track, resulting in his decorations getting ruined. When Thomas goes for help, he sees that Bertie has broken down while taking the children to the football game. Thomas offers to help Bertie by taking the children, and asks them to redecorate James using their scarves and flags.
