James gets to take Farmer McColl's sheep to a festival, and finds himself making the decision of going onto muddy tracks or risk the chance on old or alternative tracks. When he realises he is running late, he takes the chance and takes the easiest way through muddy tracks. The photograph takes the photos of the festival, stating "that's a really useful engine" because James worked hard, even though he got muddy.
