Percy is given the task of putting together a good luck parcel for Mrs. Kyndley's daughter's wedding, with something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. Percy manages to find the components for the parcel: Old Slow Coach, a new set of buffers, a borrowed flatbed truck, and a ribbon-decorated Thomas.
