Oliver complains about the disadvantages of snow, but Toad thinks it is magical. The Fat Controller assigns Oliver to deliver some goods needed for the winter festival, frustrating him even more. Oliver skids on the icy tracks and crashes into a large snowman, forcing him and Toad to spend the night in the stuff. The next morning, the children dress Oliver up as a snow engine. Amazed by their happiness, Oliver feels better.
