After having his funding cut by Porter C. Powell after Cyrus "The Colossus" Rhodes goes berserk during a demonstration, Prometheus Black experiments with the fluid leaked by Bumblebee which grants him acidic powers. Calling himself "Meltdown", he vows to eliminate Isaac Sumdac, but the Autobots prevent his plans.
