Overlord then attacks Paris while BlackZarak does the same to New York City. Meanwhile, Ginrai finds Grand who is stuck in one of BlackZarak's black holes and is caught himself. On earth Overlord gives the Autobots the choice to surrender or lose the city of Tokyo...
