Later, Tomobiki High School's principal decides to hold a contest to crown the Queen of the School, based on beauty, intelligence, personality, skills and strength. The boys in the contest's executive committee have no clear plan to select a winner, but self-proclaimed committee-head Ataru states he will decide.
