Valon's soul is taken by the Orichalcos, but not before he realizes what he had done was wrong. Joey challenges the possessed Mai to a duel, knowing it is the only way to free her. She quickly plays the Seal of Orichalcos and summons a whole flock of Cyber Harpies, which, coupled with his physical condition, puts Joey in a tight spot. Meanwhile, Kaiba and Mokuba are close to Paradias headquarters while Yami, Téa and Tristan continue looking for Joey.
