Episode Description:
Driven to Tears: Patrick successfully passes his driving exam and it goes to his head, which makes SpongeBob very envious. Patrick repeatedly rubs his license on SpongeBob's face, causing SpongeBob to lose his temper.
Rule of Dumb: Patrick is revealed to have descended from King Amoeba and is thus now King of Bikini Bottom. Greedy, he quickly becomes tyrannical and power-abusive until he realises it and it is later revealed that in fact Gary is the true king.
