Episode Description:
Percy doesn't like the cold, so he wants a scarf for his funnel to keep warm. But he gets more than he bargained for when he accidentally crashes into a luggage trolley at the station, and winds up covered in jam and with the Fat Controller's trousers wrapped around his funnel.
