Percy's Promise.Percy promises Thomas to take the Sunday school class home with Annie and Clarabel, but a thunderstorm makes it very difficult to get there. Before long, Percy runs into a severe flood that leaks in and douses his fire. Nonetheless, Percy persists and is hailed by everyone when he gets home.
